skyticket launches direct connection service via the New Distribution Capability (NDC) with United Airlines

Adventure, Inc. (Headquarters: Shibuya Ward, Tokyo; CEO: Shunichi NAKAMURA, hereinafter referred to as the “Company”), powering “skyticket” (https://skyticket.com/) air ticket reservations website and United Airlines, Inc. (hereinafter referred to as “United Airlines”) are pleased to announce that we have entered into a sales agreement for direct connections under the new distribution standard for air tickets via the New Distribution Capability (NDC).

By launching the direct connection between the ticket booking system of United Airlines and our “skyticket” booking platform via NDC, we are able to facilitate quick confirmation of airfares, availability of seats, provide ancillary services (additional baggage option) and bundled fares to meet the needs of our valued users. Customized air tickets will enable users to purchase air tickets at optimal prices and with the ability to fully automate the booking process, successful booking rates are expected to rise with increased customer satisfaction.

Upon the conclusion of the NDC agreement with United Airlines, the total number of companies with whom we have direct NDC connections will reach four (4). Adventure continually aims to maintain our proactive efforts to introduce NDC in the future and provide more user-friendly services to our customers.
