The group’s core company, Adventure Inc., operates the travel booking platform “skyticket,” offering more than 15 types of travel products and generating a GMV of approximately ¥80 billion. The company has been listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange Growth Market since 2014.

Joined the group in 2018. As a certified agency of Japan Airlines, the company has strong capabilities in procuring domestic flights.

Joined the group in 2019. Established in 1968, the company has a long history and specializes in ski bus tours for students, particularly in the Kansai, Chubu, and Hokushinetsu regions.

Established in 2022, the company operates “Tsumugi,” a brand offering whole Kyoto townhouses (Kyo-machiya) for rent. It has strong capabilities in vacation rental offerings, particularly for inbound tourists.

Five Star Group (3 companies): Joined the group in 2025. This group provides end-to-end services for hotel operators, including marketing consulting, cleaning, and operational management. They hold a leading market share in Okinawa, where the company was originally founded.

Overseas Group Companies

Established in 2022, the company’s Korean office handles procurement of flights and hotels, manages partnerships with payment collection providers, and leads marketing for new technologies and services.
