In October 2004, Adventure Inc. was established in Shibuya Ward, Tokyo (hereinafter referred to as "the former Adventure Inc.") .
The Company was established in December 2006 as Cyber Travel Co,. Ltd. (a wholly owned subsidiary of the former Adventure, Inc.) and has been developing its business focusing on the online travel business. In June 2013, the company merged with the former Adventure, Inc. and changed its name to Adventure, Inc.
The company was listed on the Mothers section of the Tokyo Stock Exchange on December 18, 2014.
The securities code is 6030.
The fiscal year of the Company ends at the end of June annually and the interim fiscal year ends at the end of December. The financial results are announced in August and February, respectively. The company also discloses its financial results on a quarterly basis.

The fixed date for shareholders to receive year-end dividends is the last day of June while the shareholder fixed date for interim dividends is the last day of December.

The Company will send a notice of convocation of the Meeting of Shareholders along with a form for exercising voting rights to shareholders whose names appear on the register of shareholders as of the end of the record date for the Meeting of Shareholders (as of June 30 in the case of the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders). Voting rights may be exercised by:
